EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT (ETP)

We fabricate customised & compact structured MS designed machines as per site conditions. We use MBBR, UASBR & MBR technology for treating effluents generated from industries like steel & power plants, food & beverage sector, rice mills, dairy industries, cement industries, coal tar pitch & chemical industries, independent & hotel laundries etc. It involves less foot print and can be installed easily. The process is designed to meet effluent parameters as prescribed by Pollution Control Board. The treatment process involves primary, secondary and tertiary treatment (aerobic treatment) to remove contaminants. It helps to manage pH, O&G, BOD, COD, and TSS levels. We use our special disinfectants that enable the water for secondary use. Depending on the capacity & site condition, we provide compact as well as on-site model to treat effluent. Our treatment capacity starts from 10 KLD and onwards.
