SURFACE RUN-OFF TREATMENT SYSTEM (SRTS)
Surface runoff from industries as well as urban areas and industries is a potential source of pollution of water bodies. It also leads to contaminate underground water table. Other way it is the responsibility of the corporate to save the precious natural resources during rainy season and get it utilised in the process during lean period.The main contaminants of surface runoff are suspended solids, petroleum products, and other toxic element like Phenol, Hexavalent Chromium etc. Nature and contamination of the pollutant depends on the activities of individual industries. Defining the nature and concentration of the pollutant, we design the treatment process. We do the manufacturing and installing of the required equipment’s to control the disposal parameter as prescribed by the pollution control board. The capacity of the treatment plant varies from industry to industry depending on various aspects.
